I am 23 years old and I studied economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Leiden. My interest are in marketing and sales because I really enjoy bringing products and/or services to the attention of the right people.

In addition to my interest in marketing and sales, I am involved with health on a daily basis. I eat completely plant-based and I exercise at an intensive level every day. My greatest sporting achievement is the Ironman, which is a long-distance triathlon that involves a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and 42.2km run.

I know that nutrition and sports play a major role in physical and mental health, but there is often no insight into the current state of health. I love working at PREPTIC because the company gives people the opportunity to gain insight and make a positive change in their lifestyle.
