I am a personal body coach/trainer and NLP coach, 12 years ago I started following training courses as a trainer at TNT International Mail and Ernst & Young. And after a short burn out and sabbatical I found out that I had to follow my passion.

I am a true ‘touch feel’ trainer and look beyond physical goals. My clients range from CEOs to working moms and teens. I am specialized in people with neck and back problems, but I also work with people who are recovering from a burn out.

I work closely with a reintegration agency from the UWV, where I help people take the first step towards recovery after a burnout or physical injury. With passion for my profession and love for my clients I help people on their way to better health.
